Additionally, G-P uses Prism to analyze revenue from different customer segments, calculate price elasticity of demand, and fine-tune their marketing spend. This wouldn't have been possible without Prism's ability to integrate data from multiple sources and provide real-time analytics.
¡°It¡¯s not all finance led,¡± says Mazzone. ¡°We're also using it to pull reports on employment attributes and make other HR decisions. We're using Prism in many different ways.¡±

Three years ago, G-P used to close books in about 25 days. Now? They close revenue on day one. ¡°Our executive team can immediately see the last 30 days of revenue performance, how it translates to our bottom line,¡± Mazzone adds.
