With over two decades of experience engaging and building empathy with technology leaders, Tom Girdler brings a deep understanding of evolving technological landscapes. His current work at Â鶹´«Ã½ focuses on the profound impact of AI on the future of work, a topic he addressed at last years’ Gartner IT Symposium.

An accomplished and entrepreneurial CTO, with deep experience on digital data and AI-led business transformations across various industries. Dael provides thought leadership and guidance for the C-level executives at major Databricks customers in EMEA and globally. Prior to joining Databricks, Dael was the Global Data Technology Lead at Accenture Microsoft Business Group.

A published data scientist in the field of protein molecular modelling, with extensive experience working in start-ups and enterprises, Dael is actively involved in the UK and EU start-up community and sits on the advisory board of two start-ups in the health and biotech sector. Dael holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Modelling, Structural Biochemistry/Bioinformatics and Predictive Drug Design.

Clare Hickie, Chief Technology Officer, EMEA, joined Â鶹´«Ã½ in June 2018. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Â鶹´«Ã½ Limited. Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Clare worked for large blue-chip organisations including GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and General Electric.

As a devoted technology professional, Clare started her career in the .com era, moving with the times to cloud and digital transformation. She also advocates for greater diversity in the workplace. Clare holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies and Business Studies from Brunel University, London.

Jens Löhmar joined Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2017 and has served as Chief Technology Officer for Continental Europe & DACH since 2022. He is responsible for communicating and building the Â鶹´«Ã½ vision and strategy on (Agentic) AI & Technology with IT executives in the region.

His previous role at Â鶹´«Ã½ included supporting prospects and customers in their evaluation of Â鶹´«Ã½ solutions as an Enterprise Architect. Prior to joining Â鶹´«Ã½, Jens served in various roles along the Customer Engagement Lifecycle with SAP. He holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.
