Jim Bozzini serves as executive director, Enterprise Transformation at Â鶹´«Ã½, leading critical changes across the business to enable Â鶹´«Ã½¡¯s growth.

Jim joined Â鶹´«Ã½ in 2007, and served in various executive leadership positions. In 2017, Jim took on the role of chief operating officer, where he had global responsibility for ensuring the operational excellence of Â鶹´«Ã½ business processes and practices.

Prior to Â鶹´«Ã½, Jim was COO at Evolve Software. Preceding Evolve, Jim held various executive management positions at PeopleSoft.?

Jim holds a bachelor¡¯s degree in business administration from California State University, Chico.
