Rebecca (Bec) Tuplin is based in Brisbane and currently leads the PMO function for Rio Tinto’s Â鶹´«Ã½ program. With an extensive background in HR Management, Change Management and Project Management, Bec has garnered broad experience across various sectors including Mining & Resources, Retail, Energy, and Government.
Bec brings a wealth of experience in successfully managing global and large-scale transformation programs, encompassing both process and system changes. Having worked with Rio Tinto for 14 years, Bec has brought a deep business understanding and perspective to Rio Tinto’s Â鶹´«Ã½ journey.
Certified as a PRINCE2 and Agile Project Manager, as well as a PROSCI Change Manager, Bec excels in delivering a comprehensive approach to managing projects. She optimises project planning, delivery, risk management and simplification opportunities, balanced against business needs. By bringing a unique understanding and appreciation of people impacts to project management, Bec ensures that project goals and change management objectives are aligned to achieve shared project outcomes.
