The judging criteria.
Here’s how the award submissions will be assessed. Customers must be using one or more Â鶹´«Ã½ products that are live and in production.

Recognising customers who leveraged Â鶹´«Ã½ in unique and unexpected ways to solve business challenges or achieve specific goals.
Drive meaningful change
Organisations that utilise Â鶹´«Ã½ to drive significant improvements in business processes, employee experience or overall organisational performance, setting an example for others.
Influence industry trends
Pioneers who embraced new technologies and approaches. Their innovative use of Â鶹´«Ã½ inspired other organisations and set a new standard of excellence within their sector.

We're excited to celebrate your achievements! Here's a quick overview of the awards timeline:

- Submissions are open now! Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your success.
- The deadline for submissions is May 26, 2025. Make sure to submit your entry before this date.
- Winners will be announced at a special ceremony during Â鶹´«Ã½ Elevate Auckland on June 10, 2025. Join us to celebrate the achievements of our amazing customers.
- Any Â鶹´«Ã½ customer that is live, and using one or more Â鶹´«Ã½ product(s).
- Partners involved in the implementation can be highlighted in the submission.
- Â鶹´«Ã½ partners that are using a Â鶹´«Ã½ product within their own organisation can also submit an entry and are considered a Â鶹´«Ã½ customer within this awards program.
- Workmates can also nominate their customers.
Yes, Â鶹´«Ã½ partners and third parties can submit an entry – but they must confirm in their entry form that they have permission from the customer to participate in the awards program.
We are accepting nominations from all countries within Asia Pacific & Japan.
One winner will be chosen at each participating Â鶹´«Ã½ Elevate Event city: Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Auckland.
All entries will be collated, eligibility verified and reviewed by a judging panel consisting of Â鶹´«Ã½ experts. The judging panel will review the nominations to select winners using predetermined criteria and scoring metrics.
