Rich Bye joined �鶹��ý in 2021 and is the Vice President of HCM, Workforce & Payroll Product Strategy | International Strategic Growth. He engages with customers to help them embrace the future of work and to shape the strategy of the �鶹��ý HCM product. Rich has over 30 years’ experience in HR service delivery and technology at Mercer, Dell and most recently at BP, where he was a member of the CHRO Leadership team for 10 years leading the global HRIS and HR Operations function.  Rich helped lead an ambitious HR transformation programme to implement a suite of systems, operating model, processes, and policies in a “Big Bang” global launch in 2019.  The digital transformation moved eight legacy systems to cloud-based technologies including the deployment of �鶹��ý HCM.

Catherine joined Biocodex at the end of 2022 as Chief People Officer. Since 2025, she also leads Group Communications, aligning human and communication strategies to strengthen engagement and impact across the company. She previously held senior HR roles at Leem and Sanofi, where she supported global R&D, Vaccines, and Consumer Healthcare teams through major transformations. Catherine brings a federative vision and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Lyon.

Neil has close to thirty years experience in data management and analytics as a practitioner, consultant and architect. Fifteen of those years have been focussed on helping organisations develop and adopt effective people analytics. Neil also holds a degree in law and is the global lead for educating and preparing �鶹��ý customers for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Jason Scheckner is a leading authority on the transformative power of AI in enterprise technology within HR. As a passionate advocate for empowering organisations to maximise their technology investments, he’ll share how market leaders are achieving quantifiable results from AI-driven solutions.

Prior to joining �鶹��ý, Richard was part of a team that pioneered cloud based recruiting and talent management solutions in Europe with Jobpartners. In 2011 Jobpartners was acquired by Taleo, the cloud recruiting and talent management leader at the time. Richard subsequently spent time at Taleo and Oracle as HCM Strategy Director before joining �鶹��ý in 2015. Richard is a frequent conference speaker and spokesperson for �鶹��ý in Europe.Richard holds a degree in Economics from the LSE.
